Executive Coaching

Coaching can generate a transformational change to thinking and through this behaviour.  Benefits to the workplace are proven*, better performance, learning, increased innovation, and general mental health.  Benefits do not stop at the boundary of work.  They filter into all aspects of life.

Coaching assists the tangible development of skills including interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, self management and leadership.  Coaching positively influences motivation and engagement.  These skills are less readily addressed in conventional training formats.

The coaching process is a transparent process which involves several stages:
discovering and clarifying values and associated goals important to the individual;
reviewing whether existing thoughts and behaviours assist current goals;
recognising hidden agendas or inhibitions that impede goal achievement;
initiating new ways of thinking/behaving to achieve desired goals
assessing resultant feedback; and
integrating successful new thinking and behaving into everyday life.

Coaching enables inspired, visionary development.  Coaching is also a highly individualised process.  Some narratives from my coaching are encapsulated in "Coaching -What it looks like" page, to introduce, and for some demystify, what successful coaching can be.

*Proven outcomes are from peer reviewed published research using an ACT framework in organisational settings.
